Each client you refer that signs up gets you more cash, straight back to you, for their first month of service.

What part of the referral's contract counts toward my cash-back reward?

You'll receive 100% of the referred customer's first month's contracted service fee -- this means the base cost for their regular monthly Managed Services. It does not include one-time charges like setup, onboarding, or additional project work.

When will I get my reward?

Once your referral signs their service contract and pays their first month’s bill (contracted service fee only), we’ll process your reward. This usually happens within 30 days of their payment.

Are there clients that I can't refer?

Referrals must be new clients who aren't already in discussions with our team. Existing clients, former clients, or prospects we're currently engaged with aren't eligible.

Is there a limit to how many people I can refer?

Not at all! The more successful referrals you make, the more you earn. Bigger clients mean bigger rewards.

What happens if the client cancels early or doesn't pay?

If the referred client doesn’t complete their first month’s payment, the referral isn’t eligible for a cash-back reward. We only issue rewards for fully-paid (at least the first month), active contracts.

What about clients who sign for a full year?

Yearly contract signers with a fully paid contract will earn you a cash back reward equivalent to one month of the 11 month price, as 1 month is free when you sign on for a year and pay up front.
